Support
Here you’ll find relevant information that can guide you to make sure your screen solution works 100%.
Below you’ll find the most common questions/problems that may sometimes occur!
1. Turn off the screen using the power switch, unplug the power cable from the wall and wait 60 seconds.
Plug the cable back in, turn on the power switch, and let the screen and media client start up. Does this work?!
2. Take your remote control and press the ”Source” button. Try switching between the sources to see if your content appears. Does this work?!
3. Repeat step 1, but this time open the back of the screen with the key and check if the cables are properly connected to the media player/computer. Try unplugging them and plugging them back in before restarting the screen.
1. First, switch off the screen using the power button on the back.
2. Then unplug all power cables and wait for about 60 seconds.
3. After that, reconnect the cables and turn the screen back on using the power button. This usually resets the system and helps the screen start up again.
1. Open the panel on the back of the screen and check the HDMI/DisplayPort cable on both the media player/computer and the screen to make sure it is securely connected.
2. If there’s still no stable image, try switching to another port on both the screen and the media player/computer. Make sure to note which port you select on the media player/computer, and then press the “Source” button on the remote control to switch to the same source.
3. If the issue persists, try using a different cable.
1. Open the panel on the back of the screen and disconnect the cable labeled “Touch.”
2. Plug it back in either to the same USB port on the media player/computer or try another USB port to see if it works.
1. First, check that the network cable (if using a wired connection) is securely connected to both the media player/computer and the router/switch. If you are on Wi-Fi, make sure the media player/computer is connected to the correct network.
2. You can also try removing the Wi-Fi adapter — either from the back of the screen (below the panel) or from the media player/computer — wait about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
3. If the issue continues, restart both the computer and the router. As a final step, try using another network cable or reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network.
4. To access and select a network, please refer to the PDF available above on this page. You will find detailed instructions in steps 2.7 to 2.8 that guide you through the process. You can even see these steps in the video att 2.06-2.30.
If the screen has been turned off without first shutting down the media player/computer, it may reset the layout settings.
1. In this case, you will need to redo the layout configuration. Please refer to the installation PDF available above on this page and follow the instructions in steps 2.4 to 2.6, which explain how to correctly adjust the format and layout settings.
